What is integrative movement?
Let’s begin with the basics, shall we?
Walking and running are our purest and most fundamental forms of movement patterns. Due to our new ways of living, we don’t get much of either. We somehow lost our purest form of movement, we lost what makes us human and I am here to help guide you back, to revive your innate sense of movement. A part of what I offer through integrative bodywork therapy is to improve your posture, help you move without pain and back on track through a more mindful and active life.

I’m not a physiotherapist or a chiropractor. Consider me a personal trainer, but for your posture! I’ve acquired different schools of thought and methods throughout the years to help women make lasting changes to their bodies and movement patterns, by combining a passive and active approach; manual therapy (hands-on) and dynamic / functional training.

Consultation
An in-person 1-on-1 consultation to discuss any pains or discomforts you might be going through, past injuries, and what you’d like to currently achieve!
During the consultation, we will go through a few movement assessments to narrow down what we will need to work on and go over a treatment plan together.
Manual + Movement Therapy
(package)
Consists of 8 sessions (in person), 1-2 per week.
All the sessions will be private, so you can be as comfortable as possible. The package will include 8 sessions of fascial releases and movement therapy to help you to get your goal in the most optimum way possible! Everything will be customized to you and your needs!
